Industry 4.0 is based on digitization and the networking of informations from existing or new sensors. These informations should be collected as easily as possible and made available for the particular application.

Our ambition for industry 4.0 is to integrate data of existing sensors and technical systems into a powerful network that combines the advantages of wireless data transfer over long distances, complete independency of intranet and internet infrastructure and maximum security.

Industry 4.0
Industry 4.0 stands for the fourth industrial revolution. The aim is to control and optimize the entire value chain of manufacturing processes. Industry 4.0 can only be achieved by increasing digitization and networking of things, systems, processes and people. Challenges are the digitization of existing plants and the access to non-digital and local data.

We offer a series of sdc Smart Data Adapters for the integration of existing sensors.

sdc Smart Data Systems use latest IoT network standards to master the challenge of data aqusition for industry 4.0 applications.

In addition we design RFID readers with powerful networking interfaces for monitoring material and product flows. They allow to send information to RFID tags ashuring a life cycle file stored in products themselves.
